I am lucky because my office has Starbuck’s breakfast blend – there’s just nothing like that first cup of coffee!
Our thin steaks left us kind of snackish last night so I made popcorn in our enameled stock pot – it turned out so crunchy!
This morning I took Ed on a 30 minute walk – it was almost 50 degrees this morning! When I got back I was starving, so made a quick breakfast sammie. 1 light hamburger bun, 1 egg, 1 slice of American cheese and 1/2 ounce pepperoni!
343 calories, 20 fat, 24 carbs
Lunch should be interesting, I bought a pre-packaged pita wrap and then grabbed a mystery soup out of the deep freeze – I have no idea what it is! Could be potato, could be broccoli?! See you at lunch!

That popcorn looks great. I get the picture that the enamel stock pot means that it wasn’t the microwave kind.
My wife has been trying to go retro and back to the hot air type, but they just seem to blow unpopped kernels everywhere.
