Hardee’s Breakfast

Well, we don’t even have Hardee’s around here, but what I made sure does taste like it! 
Breakfast:

2 (50 calorie) biscuits
2 slices well done bacon
1 egg, divided
4 ounces Pam fried potatos
1 slice American cheese, divided
