Stir fry and sprints

I have exactly 7 minutes left on my lunch break!  Type fast, type fast!
Lunch

3 ounces raw shrimp
1 cup broccoli slaw
1 cup broccoli/cabbage/carrot mix
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 package ramen noodles (just noodles, not packet)
