BSI and Weigh-in Monday

I had a late entry, so Hannah will decide who the winner is when she gets home from school today!   Also, if I have not included someone, please let me know!

So I lost .8 pounds last week to bring me to an even 163 pounds.   I’ll take it!  But can someone please light a fire under my a$$ to workout more!  Thanks!

Breakfast was 1 english muffin, 1/2 cup egg whites (so cheap at Trader Joe’s $2.19 a container!), spinach and once ounce of the shredded pesto cheese. 

389 calories, 11 fat and 48 carbs

with cinnamon apples on the side: 389 calories, 11 fat and 48 carbs

  4. Great job on the weight loss, working out can be such a pain sometimes, just remember how good you feel when you are done. Even if I don’t want to go I know that I will feel so much better once I leave the gym.
    and those zucchini recipes all look delicious!

  5. Any loss is still a loss! I was working out regularly with the WiiFit for a few months and I can’t tell you how upsetting it was to log in, after all that hardwork, and have the little condescending guy tell you that you gained anything – even if it was only +.2!

    You weren’t kidding when you said zuchinni would be good sweet or savory – that’s a GREAT list of recipes all over the board. I was so excited looking at each one and the pictures! Good choice!!

  6. congrats on the weight loss! the best motivation is sometimes the way you feel after you leave the gym. sucks, doesn’t it? but that feeling is pretty powerful!!

    sorry i didn’t get in a bsi, but those look great! i’m out of town most of this week, too, bummer 😦
