I may have had a second dinner. . .

We had to return the second season of Dexter to Blockbuster, and Hannah is always up for a night drive – can’t believe she’s had her drivers license for almost a year now!  So as I was leaving, I asked Tony if he needed anything and he said “if you happen to run into some fried rice, I’d be okay with that!”

6 ounces of beef fried rice and chicken teriyaki (with hot mustard sauce - yum!) set me back 457 calories, 13 fat and 60 carbs. Hit the spot!

Congrats to Melissa and Meghann!  And while I would like to give them each a $20 gift card to Whole Foods, sorry gals, not in my blog budget – so you’ll each get a $10 card.  Let me know if you don’t have a Whole Foods by you and we can figure something else out.

Check back tomorrow and find out who is getting handed the BSI torch!

  6. I finished up some leftover fried rice last night, and i slept like a baby. I haven’t slept that good in months. Yea! for whatever that enzyme is that’s in rice. I heard it is (or is at least similar) the one that’s also in turkey. Delicious, and worth every carb =)
