Snunch. . .and Pizza Party Saturday!

It felt so good to work out today!!   I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 5 minutes of abs.  I didn’t cough at all!  It helped that I had Cooking Light to read because my iPod was out of juice.

So I wasn’t VERY hungry after we got back, but I knew I couldn’t wait until dinner, so a made a snack lunch = snunch!

Carrots, Cucumbers, 1/2 serving mimi TJ's crackers and .5 melted brie 203 calories, 12 fat and 20 carbs

So I made my Crusty Bread before working out and it was ready to go when I got back.  Mom, here’s how it looks after its risen for 2 hours.

In my previous post, Mom stated she wanted cheese bread!  This recipe makes 4 loaves of bread, but I ended up making two cheese loaves and used the rest for our pizza!  You didn’t think I could go a whole week without pizza, did you?! 😀

Here is your loaf Mom!

Of course, after 5 minutes of resting, I had to cut into ours!

So my pizza tonight: 5 ounces of dough, 1/4 cup pizza sauce, red pepper, orange pepper, mushroom, black olive, 1 ounce sausage, .5 ounce pepperoni AND 1.5 ounces mozzarella cheese:

I actually put chopped mushroom and olives on my pizza and liked it!

This is Hannah's pizza - very little sauce and she ended up putting chopped ONION on hers!

I am really loving this crust! My whole pizza comes in at 663 calories, 25 fat and 79 carbs - worth every unit of insulin!!

Hope everyone had a great Saturday!  Hannah and I are meeting my mom for lunch at Sweet Tomatoes tomorrow.   We haven’t seen her in ages!   Stop on back tomorrow for the First Day of the Month Giveaway!  It’s gonna be a good one!
