Thai Marinated Chicken Wings

Note to self:  you need to marinate these wings longer than 2 hours – overnight would be better!

While I like the marinade recipe, the short time I marinated them, there was really no flavor to them at all.

  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
  • zest of one lime
  • juice of one lime
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

It’s another beautiful Sunday in the midwest!  I am definitely going to do my menu and grocery shopping today – I didn’t like not knowing what I was fixing last week at all.

See you later for a recap of breakfast and lunch!  I think Tony wanted to see that new Pixar movie UP today – we love all the Pixar movies! 😀
