I cracked.

I try very hard to hold it all together.  Like all the time.  I figure if I am strong it will help everyone around me.

But yesterday was a rough day.  I kind of lost it.

Turns out wine and nachos didn’t solve my problems.  So I am dusting myself off and moving on.  Last day of the outdoor pool!

I’ll be fine.

  2. Thinking of you! I had a rough one myself yesterday. It happens to the best of us. πŸ˜‰ Today is a new one! Cheers~

  7. πŸ˜” I hope today is a better day for you. I’ve had those days, heck – I’ve had those weeks. They suck. Good for you for moving forward – you have a lot of support and people behind you here. Cheers to Friday, and hoping it leads you into a good weekend.

  8. To err is human, to forgive is divine. Yesterday is already over, today is a brand new day where everything and anything is possible. Chin up!

BTW – I finished day 3 of Insanity. I thought I’d be much more sore. Must be the stretching.

  14. Rough days. Had too many lately… You will do it and you are great. Don’t forget that. And rough days re said to make us stronger, but it sure sucks to go through them!

Aw, Biz, I have been there.

Way more often than you lately. I almost opened the wine last night, but then realized the only bottle I have in the house is the $50 bottle of Pinot Noir I bought for a special occasion.

    So I ate bread instead.

  17. and on to better todays/tomorrows, NO WORRIES! you’ve got this, and we’ve got you Biz! πŸ™‚

  18. You don’t have to be strong all the time; allow yourself to be human! I hope today is going better!

My words of wisdom… let them eat cake, or wine and nachos whatever works. You have worked hard and provided support for so many do not worry about a slip up or two. We will cheer you on past your obstacles. Have a great long weekend!

  20. You will be okay. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Just pick yourself up by the boot straps and go for another round. We all get those days.

  21. Sending you hugs and support!

  22. Hugs Biz! I hope today is better!!!!

  23. Hang in there Biz, we all have your back! Hugs to you,

  24. Hi Biz, I seem to “crack” the day after a super easy day. So I’m not sure if it’s because I let my guard down or what. But as long as the crack isn’t too big with too much damage, we bounce back pretty well. I think that you’re doing super great!!! ❀

  25. Sorry you are going through a rough time, Biz. Hope today will be a better day. You know what you need to do to feel your best, and I know you’ll get back to your regular routine!

I’m sorry you had a bad day. Everyone is allowed to have one (or two, or three!) once in a while. Sometimes it feels cathartic. A good cry-fest sort of resets your emotions. Hugs to you Biz

  29. hugs and hotsauce love for you!

  31. I’m sorry that you had a rough day!!! I hope things are much better today!! Even though it doesn’t help in the long-term, sometimes wine & nachos are just the thing for a little mood booster!!

  32. Sorry you had a bad day. We all have ’em, but it’s how we bounce back that matters.

  34. I hear you on the rough day. Hope everything smoothes out for you.

  35. Sweety you didn’t crack! I look at it different: after all the hard work you put in the past months, you just had an easy workout day and deserved a nice glass of wine.

I’m convinced you will be fine, you won’t let one day set you back.

  36. You are gonna kick that crack in the a** with your Insanity guns. You are so strong inside and out; sometimes things just get crazy. You still managed to post, too, and a picture of delicious food to boot!

  37. Sorry for your bad day. I’m sure you deserved the nachos and the wine and it’s not like you do that every day. Enjoy the weekend and I look forward to a new bright smiling post on Monday!
